Would you like to return a product or an entire order?

You have a right of withdrawal with a period of 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery of your order.

To exercise this right, the product must be in its original packaging and must not have been opened or used.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item was sent in error by us or the item arrived damaged.

Once we receive the returned product and after verification, we will issue a refund using the original payment method used for the order.

Your first and last name
Order number
Purchase date
The product you wish to return
A comment stating that you wish to return the product and/or the entire order under your right of withdrawal
